Please review the Palmer Homes Warranty Agreement to ensure that you identify items that are covered under warranty. You will be notified of any items that are considered home maintenance and are not covered under the one-year warranty.
A warranty representative will contact you 1-2 business days from the first business day your request is received to schedule an inspection of your home. Appointments for inspection or service work are scheduled from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
If you have an emergency condition with your home that presents an imminent danger of harm to persons or damage to property, contact emergency service personnel (e.g., fire department) or the relevant utility provider (e.g., gas company, electricity company, etc.) immediately.
